ICS Cross-Culture Photography Educational and Charitable – A Nonprofit Organization 501(c)(3) *The Image Colleague Society, International was founded by Tony Le Kim Thuan on August 19 1985 in Tustin, California of the United States is a nonprofit organization serving as an umbrella connection with passionate photographers associated worldwide and whose are interested photography as an universal language of Lumiere-light arts and sciences through cross-culture international exhibitions and photography educational in order to reinforce best quality global photography and promote new generation photography the love, the peace and the friendship; also open heart for mission to the poor. Mostly for the children when where ICS’ers go to photography field trip at various destinations.
